Where is Mandala Spa Ubud located?

We are located within Bisma Eight Villas, a luxury boutique hotel and villas in central Ubud, just minutes from Monkey Forest and Jalan Bisma’s vibrant dining scene.

What are your opening hours?

Mandala Spa Ubud operates daily from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The last booking is accepted one hour before closing.

Do I need to book in advance?

Same-day bookings are welcome, but advance reservations are recommended—especially for afternoon sessions and weekends.

Do you offer couple treatments?

Yes, our couple rooms are designed for shared relaxation experiences.

Can I request a particular therapist?

Absolutely—simply mention your preference when making a reservation.

Is the spa suitable for pregnant guests?

Yes. We offer specially designed prenatal treatments from the second trimester onwards.
